About Total Temp Ice Machines
Heating, cooling and refrigeration for New England homes and businesses - family-owned and woman-owned.
One team for every system
Total Temp has kept New England homes, restaurants and businesses comfortable for more than 35 years. In August 2024 it became a Makara Inc company, joining CC-Teknologies - so one call now covers your HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security and building technology.
We're hiringFamily-owned
Two companies. One family.
CC-Teknologies and Total Temp are sister companies, owned and run by the same husband-and-wife team, Marta Sado-Oles and Marek Oles. Total Temp is a woman-owned business. One family keeps your building safe, connected and comfortable - and when you need the other half, it is one phone call away.
Marta and Marek were raised in Poland, immigrated to the United States and built their companies the American way - hard work, honest prices and treating every customer like a neighbor. Today they are husband-and-wife partners in Makara Inc and lead both companies side by side.
